I'm a Microsoft Certified Systems Engineering and A+ certified computer hardware tech. I have 20 years of experience as an IT professional.  I'm retired, but still enjoy doing desktop support as a hobby.  I will resolve your PC problems free of charge.   The purchase & cost of parts will be the responsibility of the customer.  

Most issues can be resolved via email or telephone call.  If needed, I can also use remote desktop software to remotely connect to your PC.  If your PC will not start and you live in the Manassas, Virginia area, I can pick it up from your doorstep & take it to my home for diagnostics.  All of this at no charge.
